The drama is adapted from the 2004 movie "My Know-It-All Boyfriend Hong Banzhang". It tells the story of a dentist from a big city (played by Shin Min-a) who opens a dental clinic in a humane coastal village, where lives an all-round unemployed vagrant (played by Kim Seon-ho) who is completely different from her in every way but quite charming.
