Plot:
The story is set in the business world of the Korean Peninsula in the 19th century, and describes the legendary rise of one of the most influential red-topped businessmen, Lim Sang-wo. Lim Sang-wo was deeply influenced by his father since he was a child, and aspired to become an interpreter (the exclusive interpreter of the diplomatic corps), but because of the hardships he suffered, he chose to become a businessman. After that, he not only became the richest man in Korea, but was also appointed as a third-rank official by the emperor for the first time; his life was full of legends, and he was on the verge of life and death and the bankruptcy of the merchant corps several times, but he was still determined to carry out his beliefs. He is still remembered by the Korean people, but not only because he made a lot of money, but also because he understood and practiced the truth that a businessman must abide by - the business way.
