Plot:
Goro Zaizen (played by Toshiaki Karasawa) and Shuji Satomi (played by Yosuke Eguchi) are doctors who are interns at the same time, but they have taken completely different paths. Zaizen has become the de facto first professor of the Department of Surgery with his superb personal skills. Zaizen's aggressiveness threatens the retiring first professor of surgery, Shinzo Azuma (played by Koji Ishizaka), and Professor Azuma decides to appoint someone else.
