Plot:
Xu Gangren (played by Ruco Chan) works as a senior executive of a property management company. With his cleverness, smooth social skills, and extraordinary luck, he has been rising step by step since graduating from university. He can be called a "winner in life". Ren pursues the "Buddhist" principle, not seeking merit but seeking relaxation. Unexpectedly, his wealth plummeted due to investment failures, affecting his retirement plan. In frustration, he was appointed to serve as CEO of the Beijing branch for one year. Ren resolutely took the risk and went north with his wife Helen. On the first day of work, Ren encountered language and cultural differences, and his old enemy became his boss! At the same time, Ren's younger siblings Laymond and Bowie set foot in the unfamiliar Beijing for their own reasons and took refuge with their brother and sister-in-law. The four of them brainstormed and turned the plan prepared by Jiangren into a cultural and creative park to attract screenwriters who claimed that their talents were not appreciated, girl groups who dreamed of being on stage, fashion experts who had no money to pay the rent, and so on ... In order to drive the development of the park, everyone offered suggestions. In the process, they got to know many locals and "Beijing Drifters", which gave them new experiences and insights into love, life, and even life.
