Plot:
"Women in the Storm" is a sister drama of "Women in the Storm". The drama is the 43rd anniversary drama of TVB and one of the 2010 program tour dramas. The story is set in Guangzhou in the 1930s. Zheng Jiumei (played by Deng Cuiwen) is the eldest daughter of Zheng Langjun (played by Yue Hua), the largest underworld force in Guangzhou, and manages the family opium business. The situation is turbulent, and the Japanese army invades China on a large scale. Colonel Mukaiyama Tetsuya (played by Kong Gang) uses the opium business to earn a lot of military expenses and eat up the Chinese people's body and mind. He and Jiumei continue to open an opium den.
