After the X-Files were closed, Mulder (David Duchovny) and Scollie (Gillian Anderson) were separated. Mulder was ordered to perform wiretapping work, while Scollie returned to college. One day, Congressman Mattson (Raymond J. Barry) revealed a message to Mulder, saying that alien telegrams were received in Puerto Rico. In order to find evidence of aliens before the special forces, Mulder went alone. Scollie, who learned the news, rushed to Mulder's residence, found clues from the passenger list in the computer, and followed him to Puerto Rico. In Arehib, Puerto Rico, Mulder met a local and got a painting of aliens from him. But soon after, this person died strangely. Can Mulder finally find evidence of alien visits?
