Brian is a social outcast with a father who doesn't like to deal with him, a mother who is not convinced by her violent personality, and a sister who his parents just adopted as a replacement for him. After a series of escalating violent incidents, he kills all his psychotherapists because he believes they are messing with his mind and ruining his life.
