Plot:
This film tells the story of Kishan, played by Farah Khan, who dreams of forming his own band. He is sentenced to life imprisonment for wrongful murder, and the victim's family petitions the High Court for the death penalty, so he is transferred to the Lucknow Central Jail, where serious criminals are held. Coincidentally, the Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh is holding a prison band competition in the Lucknow Central Jail at the request of his father. Gayatri, played by Diana Penty, is a member of a non-governmental organization concerned with prisoner reform. Under Kishan's lobbying, she took on the task of forming a band in the Lucknow Central Jail to participate in the competition. In fact, Kishan wanted to use this opportunity to escape from the Lucknow Central Jail, so, under his persuasion, a five-member band was formed... Can they escape from the Lucknow Central Jail? This film indicts the corruption of the Indian judicial system and the major defects and loopholes in the Indian judicial system. Many people who are arrested for crimes have not been able to go to court for a long time, and many people who are arrested for innocence have not been able to go to court for a long time. India is seriously short of judges, resulting in a backlog of cases.
