AGC Television, together with French station Canal and Fox Networks Group's European and African divisions, is filming the classic sci-fi drama "War of the Worlds". This series, adapted from the novel of the same name by HG Wells, will have 8 episodes, each 60 minutes long, and is currently being filmed in the UK and France. This version stars Gabriel Byrne and Elizabeth McGovern, and other actors include Léa Drucker, Natasha Little, Daisy Edgar Jones, Stéphane Caillard, Adel Bencherif and Guillaume Gouix.
