Based on the short story of the same name from the short story collection Young Skins by Colin Barrett, set in rural Ireland, former boxer Arm becomes a feared enforcer for the drug-dealing Devers family while trying to be a good father to his 5-year-old autistic son. He is forced to kill for the first time, endangering everyone he holds dear while trying to do the right thing.
