Plot:
13-year-old Amy (Anna Paquin) lost her mother in a traffic accident and had to be sent to her father (Jeff Daniels), who had been divorced from her mother for many years. Her father runs a farm and spends all day thinking about all kinds of strange inventions. Facing the grown-up Amy, it is inevitable that he is at a loss. The two get along strangely and alienated at first. Amy sorted out the pain of losing her mother and tried to adapt to farm life. One day, she found a nest of abandoned wild goose eggs in a bush.
