As his mother and her new husband are completing a Catholic ceremony, eight-year-old Anthony spends a difficult weekend with his alcoholic father. Unfortunately, his father's house is locked by the landlord and his toolbox is stolen. The father and son work together to find a solution to the problem, which makes Walt a better father and foreshadows that Anthony will become an upright person in the future.
