The drama draws inspiration from two songs by Utada Hikaru: the 1999 hit song "First Love" and the 19-year-old "First Love". It tells the story of a couple who met in the 1990s and whose love affair remains unforgettable after 20 years. Mitsushima Hikaru plays Noguchi Yei, who aspires to become a flight attendant, but whose fate is changed by an accident. Sato Takeru plays the pilot Namiki Harumichi.
