Shiro Shiro (played by Sohiro Yoshida) and Riki Kijima (played by Terunosuke Takezai) were once classmates who shared the ideal of literature. However, Kijima's outstanding literary talent made Shiro jealous of him. After reading Kijima's works, Shiro, who felt inferior to him, gave up his dream and became an erotic novel editor. Many years later, Shiro and Kijima reunited at the funeral of his mentor. However, what Shiro did not expect was that the man in front of him, who should have shined in the literary world, looked so down and out, and Kijima's writing reached a long bottleneck period.
