The film tells the story of two Yamaguchi-gumi members, Ichiro (played by Suzuki Shinyuki) and Eishiro (played by Inukai Takatake), investigating an unsolved case. When Ichiro called for a re-investigation of the unsolved "clown case" disappearance three years ago, he was assigned to investigate another completely different task. In the course of the mission, he discovered a shocking fact: Shiro is the leader of a gang. Ichiro signed a false "lover contract" with Shiro to get close to this conspiracy that shook the country. The film is adapted from the manga of the same name by Fumie Hara.
