Plot:
Oscar Wilde biopic, written, directed and starred by Rupert Everett, which received rave reviews at the Sundance Film Festival and in the UK, and was praised as the best of Rupert Everett's career. It also stars Colin Firth, Colin Morgan, Emily Watson and Tom Wilkinson. This film tells the little-known tragedy of Oscar Wilde (played by Rupert Everett) in his last days on earth. He coldly observes his failures from the perspective of an outsider, and looks at the misfortunes in his life in a detached and humorous way.
