Based on the very famous urban legend "Samejima Incident" during the Heisei period in Japan, the film tells the story of the protagonist Nana Sasaki (Takeda) who mentioned the "Samejima Incident" during a video chat with her high school classmates. As they gain a deeper understanding of this urban legend, they encounter strange events one after another.
