In the third season, the anti-hero Ash Williams (Bruce Campbell) discovered that he had a daughter, Brandy Barr (Arielle Carver-O'Neill). Although Ash had beaten the devil back to his hometown last season, Ruby and her new friends came to him this season and warned him that the evil forces still exist.
