Jackson (Clifton Collins Jr.) is a famous jockey with decades of experience in equestrian competitions. Due to his deteriorating health, this year may be his last season. Jackson and his assistant Ruth (Molly Parker) plan to win the championship this last season with a new horse with great potential. However, a young jockey suddenly appears and claims to be his son.
