Plot:
In the 17th century, China was still under the rule of the Qing Dynasty. Yin and Yang were turbid, and the world was difficult. Nourished by the Yin Qi, many corpses gradually turned into powerful and evil zombies, endangering the world. During this period, Maoshan Taoist priests went down the mountain to eradicate the evil and save the world. The corpse of a general in a tomb turned into a ghost king, which was extremely powerful. A group of Taoist priests fought with him, and an explosion occurred during the battle, killing countless people. The ghost king and the Maoshan master who led the team disappeared, and only four apprentices escaped. The four disciples tracked the zombies to Dafangbo Village, where there was a wealthy family named Jiang who made a living by pickling bacon. Master Jiang (played by Yu Rongguang) asked for several wives for his son, but they all died.
