Thomas is frail and lives on human blood. His two brothers, Dwight and Jesse, quarreled while taking care of him: in order to keep his brother alive, they were left with corpses. Dwight has been struggling with this reality and the price. Later, he met Pam, a local sex worker, and paid her to chat with him, hoping to get rid of the nightmare and regain his life. However, when Dwight began to alienate his family, Jesse would do everything he could to get him home.
