In the late 1980s in Spain, Sara tried to make it to a small town in the province of Targona. She tried to fit in with the town's youth group. One night, she and her friend Rebe went to a nightclub, and on their way home, they met a little girl holding a doll, dressed for her first communion. The nightmare began.
