Plot:
In Shanghai in the 1940s, Ah Sing (Stephen Chow), a street thug who had been bullied since childhood, wanted to get ahead by diving into any opportunity he saw. This time, he targeted the increasingly rampant underworld force "Axe Gang" and wanted to use its fame to achieve great things. Ah Sing pretended to be a member of the "Axe Gang" and tried to blackmail the residents in a place called "Pig Cage Walled City", but he didn't want to attract the real "Axe Gang" and the residents of "Pig Cage Walled City". "Pig Cage Walled City" was originally a place where dragons and crouching tigers were hidden. There were many residents with special skills (Yuen Wah, Liang Xiaolong, etc.). They hid here to stay away from the grudges of the rivers and lakes, and they didn't want to be troubled by the trouble. While watching the struggle between the good and evil factions, Ah Sing gradually realized the true meaning of Kung Fu.
