Po (voiced by Jack Black), the dragon warrior, returns again and is forced to advance his training by his master (voiced by Dustin Hoffman). The new and most powerful villain in the series, the Phantom Queen (voiced by Viola Davis), makes her debut. She is mysterious and can transform into every one of Po's former enemies. This time, Po meets new partners such as True (voiced by Awkwafina) and they will start this adventure together.
