Based on a true story that happened to director Black, and was previously adapted into a short film of the same name, the film depicts Mandvi as a young mother trying to save her 14-year-old son from a nationwide drug-dealing enterprise, while Dickinson plays a gang recruiter who preys on vulnerable teenagers and brings them across county lines in England.
