Plot:
In the busy and impetuous city, four men and women related to music seem to meet by chance. They are the first violinist Maki Maki (Matsu Takako), the cellist Sebuki Sparrow (Mitsushima Hikaru), the violist Iemori Yutaka (Takahashi Issey) and the second violinist Beppu Tsukasa (Matsuda Ryuhei). As if it was a common aspiration for music, they formed a quartet band called "Donut Hole", temporarily settled in the Beppu family's villa in Karuizawa, and lived a secluded life. However, the four people are ultimately unable to transcend secular existence. Apart from the most basic problem of eating, everyone seems to be entangled in their own secrets. The reason why Sparrow and Maki "encountered" was precisely because Maki's husband left without saying goodbye. Snowflakes fell, the cold wind was bleak, and the melodious melody of the quartet cleansed and healed the hearts of each of them...
