Plot:
Young couple Su Xing and Xi Bin have a son named Xi Wang. The mothers around them all enrolled their children in various courses on the grounds that they could not let their children lose at the starting line, but Su Xing and his wife let their son grow up naturally. Seeing that he was about to go to elementary school, the most popular elementary school in the district that was originally matched with the community was replaced by a newly established elementary school, which made Su Xing anxious like other mothers. Should children be given advanced education or relaxed education, should they change houses to enter popular schools, and should they invest huge sums of money in special classes? These questions caused Su Xing, who insisted on not falling behind, and Xi Bin, who resisted forcing things to grow, to argue constantly. The same problem also troubled the other three mothers in the community. The husband-wife relationship, parent-child relationship and intergenerational relationship of the four families experienced huge challenges. When Xi Wang suffered from stuttering due to psychological pressure, Su Xing realized that she was the one who should grow the most. Su Xing decided not to dwell on the competition at the starting line, and to return to the original intention of establishing morality and cultivating people to help children stand at the real starting point of life. The corresponding new primary school opened, and Su Xing and the mothers sent the children to the campus. In just one year of preschool education, the young parents also gained important growth experiences in their lives.
