Plot:
Raymond (James Spader), known as the "Red Devil", has always been a "permanent member" on the FBI's wanted list. One day, this legendary figure who controls most of the information and resources in the criminal market suddenly turned himself in and claimed to be able to provide the latest clues about the terrorist Ranko (Jamie Jackson). There was only one condition, that is, to let the fledgling rookie agent Liz (Megan Boone) be his partner and liaison. Raymond's various actions made the federal agents at a loss. They urgently needed the clues that Raymond had, but they couldn't believe this man with a dark history. What is Raymond's real intention? Why did he choose the seemingly innocent Liz as his partner? What does this experience of working with a legendary figure represent to the young Liz?
