Teddy, a good-mouthed loser, is best at screwing up everything. He wanted to give his wife a birthday surprise, but accidentally entered a gang crime scene and was mistaken for the dreaded cold-faced killer "The Man from Toronto". In order to survive, Teddy had no choice but to pretend to be a killer to carry out the mission. The real cold-faced killer could only team up with Teddy temporarily, starting a ridiculous mission mode of pretending to be powerful.
