Alexander Payne will direct the comedy thriller The Menu, with Will Tress and Seth Reese writing the script. The film focuses on high-end culinary culture and tells the story of a young couple visiting a restaurant on a remote island where the chef is said to offer surprise menus. Adam McKay, Will Ferrell and others will serve as producers.
