Andrew Koji returns to star in the film. The story is set in San Francisco's Chinatown in the late 19th century and focuses on Ann Sam (played by Andrew Koji), a martial arts genius who immigrated from China to San Francisco and gradually became the most powerful killer in the major gangs in Chinatown.
