Plot:
In the 1990s, in Hong Kong, the father Chu Fan (played by Tony Leung Ka Fai) is a boastful and righteous man, while the son Chu Yuan (played by Tony Leung Chiu Wai) is cold and practical. The two cannot communicate and are constantly in conflict. The mother (played by Carina Lau) is caught between the two and is in a dilemma. Chu Fan was soft-hearted and let the bandit go during the Mid-Autumn Festival, which resulted in him being injured and unconscious. Chu Yuan, however, took the opportunity to visit his father and fooled around with a female doctor in the hospital. His girlfriend A Yi (played by Anita Yuen) tried to comfort him but failed to make the prodigal son turn back. That night, when Jupiter and the moon overlapped, Chu Yuan accidentally fell into a construction well, but returned to decades ago and reacquainted with his father and neighbors on Chunfeng Street. Chu Yuan then learned that his mother Lola was also a rich lady. She was young and beautiful, but she fell in love with the enthusiastic and handsome tram factory worker Chu Fan. Their love was blocked by their grandfather in every possible way...
