Plot:
Amazon directly pre-ordered the epic fantasy drama "The Wheel of Time" adapted from Robert Jordan's novel. The series version is produced by Rafe Judkins. The "Wheel of Time" novel series has 14 books and a prequel (the last three books were taken over by Brandon Sanderson due to the death of the author Robert Jordan). The series tells the story of a magical world where only women can use a power called the two polar forces, and they are called Aes Sedai. The heroine Moiraine (played by Rosamund Pike), who is an Aes Sedai, and five young men and women embarked on a dangerous world journey for some reason. At the same time, the heroine believes that one of them is a "reincarnated true dragon". In the prophecy, the protagonists are either the key to saving the world or will destroy mankind. Madeleine Madden plays Egwene Al'Vere, Marcus Rutherford plays Perrin Aybara, Barney Harris plays Mat Cauthon, Zoë Robins plays Nynaeve, and Josha Stradowski plays Rand Al'Thor.
