The 9-episode miniseries "Prison Break" is about a few years after the original show ended. FOX also said that they will have a reasonable explanation for why the protagonist did not die, and in addition to the two brothers, some key characters will also return. It is currently said that this season is set to be Fernando, C-Note, Lincoln and Sara go to Yemen to rescue Michael, who is in prison after faking his death. Sarah Wayne Callies, who performed in "Colony", will continue to play Sara Tancredi, Amaury Nolasco, Robert Knepper and Rockmond Dunbar are also confirmed to return to play Fernando, T-Bag and C-Note. Paul Adelstein, who played Paul Kellerman, also announced his return. Augustus Prew from "Klondike", Rick Yune from "Marco Polo" and Steve Mouzakis from "I, Frankenstein" have joined. Augustus Prew plays Whip, a funny but very crazy person with an extremely radical personality. Rick Yune plays Ja, a Korean identity thief who doesn't look like a genius from his dishevelled appearance. Steve Mouzakis plays Van Gogh, a very strong but crazy person. Mark Feuerstein, the star of "Royal Pains", plays Scott Ness, the new husband of Dr. Sara Tancredi (played by Sarah Wayne Callies). Amin El Gamal joins the cast to play an important recurring role, Cyclops. Inbar Lavi, Marina Benedict and Kunal Sharma have all been announced to join the cast as recurring characters. Inbar Lavi, who performed in "The Last Ship", plays Sheba, a beautiful and smart operator/troublemaker/activist who has a relationship with Lincoln. Marina Benedict of "Flesh and Bone" plays A&W, a crazy female villain who disregards her own health in order to achieve the goals she hopes to achieve before her death. Kunal Sharma of Miss India America plays Sid, an artistic, eccentric man who is in prison for his crime of homosexuality. (Homosexuality is punishable by death in Yemen.)
