The play tells the story of Jiangcheng's richest man Cheng Rui (played by Peng Shiteng) who transforms himself into a delivery man and goes undercover in the "Ganfanren" restaurant that delivers meals to schools in order to find out the truth behind the black hole in the public welfare fund. During the investigation, he falls in love with the restaurant's female owner Hao Jiamei (played by Chen Yixin), thus starting a love story full of healing and joy.
