Plot:
In 1912, the Qing Dynasty fell in Guangzhou. Rong De (played by Lin Jiahua), a former martial arts champion of the Qing Dynasty, drifted to Guangzhou. When he was in trouble, he was fortunately rescued by Gu Jiancheng (played by Zheng Jiaying) and his wife Ouyang Huilan (played by Yang Yi). Unexpectedly, he led a wolf into the house. Rong De not only repaid his kindness with hatred, but also caused Huilan's family to be destroyed. Huilan raised her children alone, determined to avenge this blood feud. In 1936, Huilan (played by Yuan Qiu), who had been supporting the martial arts hall for more than 20 years, finally reunited with her eldest son Gu Ruzhang (played by Zheng Jiaying) who had been separated for many years after many twists and turns. Ruzhang had no intention of learning martial arts, but once he met Rongde's domineering and arrogant son Rong Wanjun (played by Xiang Zuo) and fought with him, it made everyone realize that Ruzhang was a martial arts talent.
