"Care" is adapted from a Korean webtoon of the same name. The drama tells the story of a male protagonist (played by Lee Jung-shin) who missed his first love ten years ago and has never been able to forget her. He accidentally traveled through time and space back to ten years ago, and started a triangle relationship with his younger self (played by Seo Ji-hoon) and her past crush (played by Lee Yeol-eum).
