Netflix's American-Canadian co-production, adapted from the famous Canadian novel "Anne of Green Gables", continues to focus on the kind, enthusiastic and bold red-haired girl Anne. The third season will "bravely explore unknown areas, add new characters and story lines, and explore topics such as identity, prejudice, feminism, bullying, gender equality, and diversity" through the eyes of the 16-year-old her.
