Plot:
"Beauty at War II" tells the story of another time and space, another harem, and another completely different style of War and Beauty. During the Jiaqing period, Concubine Dun Niu Hulu Wanxiu (played by Ng Wing-wai) deliberately spread rumors in the harem to vent her dissatisfaction with her sister, Concubine Ru Niu Hulu Ruyue (played by Sheren Tang). The scheming wet nurse Buyamuqi Xiangling (played by Ada Choi) took advantage of the situation to verify the truth for others to make money, and naturally became Concubine Ru's confidant. The two of them were like sisters, until the old actor Gao Liufei (played by Moses Chan) and the female lead Yun Qiuxian (played by Kenny Kwan) entered the palace to perform. The appearance of the princess moved the hearts of all the ladies in the harem, including the lonely Wanxiu. In order to prevent Wanxiu from making mistakes and affecting the overall situation, Ruyue thought of a foolproof plan, but she never expected that she would be caught in a complicated multi-angle relationship between Xiangling and Liufei. In order to get back at her sister, Wanxiu recruited the fortune teller Tong Jihai (played by Huang Debin) as her strongest general. Others thought Jihai was a lunatic, but those in the game knew deeply that it was this Forbidden City that made people crazy.
