Plot:
There is a well-known animal star in the China Ronghua Acrobatic Troupe, the lowland gorilla Lingling who can play baseball. Influenced by the old troupe leader, Lingling learned to hit baseball very early, and the 15-year-old trainer Zhao Weiwei (Xu Jiao), who grew up with Lingling, cooperated well with Lingling and could communicate in human and gorilla language. However, the old troupe leader was heavily in debt in order to let the mountain gorillas Lei Ting and Lingling form a hitting combination. After his death, Weiwei supported the operation of the acrobatic troupe with her weak arms, but was gradually forced into a desperate situation by the creditors. At a critical moment, the gold medal agent of the Korean professional baseball team, Sung Chung-soo (Sung Dong-il), found Weiwei. He used sweet words to invite Lingling to join the Korean Doosan team, which was at the bottom of the points, as a formal player. In order to pay off the debt as soon as possible, Weiwei took Lingling away from home and embarked on a journey of professional baseball with an uncertain future... This film is adapted from the original work "The Seventh Team" by Korean cartoonist Heo Young-man.
