Jackie Justice (Halle Berry) is a mixed martial arts fighter who retired from the sport in disgrace. After years of bad luck, resentment and regret, she is finally persuaded by her manager and boyfriend Desi (Adan Cantor) to participate in a brutal underground fight and attract the attention of a fighting league organizer (Shamier Anderson), who promises to get Jackie back in the octagon.
