Adapted from Ingmar Bergman's 1973 Swedish miniseries, "The Affair" co-creator Hagai Levi is in charge of the series and directing. Andrij Parekh, the Emmy-winning director-photographer for "Succession," will be the cinematographer for the series. The story will focus on a contemporary American couple, re-examining themes such as love, hatred, desire, monogamy, marriage and divorce. Starring Jessica Chastain and Oscar Issac.
