The film tells the story of the "Pest Killer" rat extermination company run by Ah Fa and Uncle San, who were accidentally commissioned by the Regent Hotel to exterminate rats. While investigating the whereabouts of rats, they accidentally discovered that the restaurant downstairs was illegally selling wild game for wealthy people to eat.
