Adapted from the novel of the same name by Okita Karyu. The story tells about the intelligence chief "INFORMA" Keijiro Kihara (Kenta Kiritani) who has a wide range of connections in both the black and white worlds and can manipulate the media, and the gossip weekly reporter Kanji Mishima (Reo Sano) team up to track down a mysterious serial murder case.
