This film describes the heroic deeds of the members of the Hong Kong anti-gang group in punishing crimes and their personal emotional experiences. Axi (played by Wu Yijiang), an anti-gang detective known as the "muscle man", has made countless contributions and repeatedly solved strange cases, but because of his stubborn temper and his tyranny, he has many conflicts with his colleagues. Kangzai (played by Chen Haomin), who has just joined, has many complaints about Axi and even wants to apply for a transfer. Later, after handling more cases together, the anti-gang group finally understood each other and became harmonious. There are also many love affairs in the anti-gang group. Once, the boss Afan (played by Lai Yaoxiang) met the fish seller A Jiao, and the two became happy enemies; and Adi (played by Shiu Meiqi) has always been secretly in love with Axi. They are experiencing tests again and again in their work and emotions.
