Plot:
Human civilization has become desolate. The remaining people in the huge urban ruins depend on the nobles who monopolize high technology. Among the numb people, the legendary extinct wolves confuse people's eyes and appear in the image of humans. They are looking for the lost "paradise", which is a world completely ruled by wolves. Legend has it that on the night of the full moon, the girl of "Moon Flower" will open the door to the "paradise". One day, a girl with strange clothes, Jesha, appeared in front of four wolves, including Qiba and Zimai. With the innate intuition of the wolf tribe, they knew that the girl in front of them was the girl of "Moon Flower" they were looking for. At the same time, various noble forces also sent troops to fight for Jesha. Avoiding the pursuit of the nobles, passing through the city where the fallen people and wolves live, passing through the uninhabited snow, jungle and wilderness, the young wolf pack followed Jesha without hesitation and embarked on the road to find "paradise"! Fuji TV started broadcasting on January 6, 2003. Produced by the team behind COWBOYBEBOP, and directed by Tensai Okamura, who was the designer of Neon Genesis Evangelion and the director of "The Smelliest Weapon" in Katsuhiro Otomo's MEMORIES. The graphics are very well made, and the music by Yoko Kanno is also great. I personally think it should be considered one of the best animations of 2003.
