Plot:
The editor-in-chief of the fashion magazine "Elva", Gobi (Liza Wang), is a domineering and capable woman. Not only is she tyrannical at work, she also holds great power at home. Her son, Gord (Bosco Wong), grew up under the influence of his mother and obeyed her in everything. Now he has also joined "Elva". One day, Gobi attended the funeral of a fashion master. Not only did she steal the show, but she also criticized the dress of actress Helen in front of the media, which embarrassed her. After the funeral, Gobi was intercepted by the enthusiastic but reckless policewoman Lai Min (Myolie Wu) on her way back because she did not fasten her seat belt. The domineering woman refused to give in, and thus became dissatisfied with Lai Min. Once, the "Elva" magazine was disrupted. When Lai Min went to investigate, she accidentally broke the valuable furnishings in the room. Feeling guilty, Lai Min sneaked into the magazine at night when no one was around to put the new furnishings back to their original places. She met Gord and fell in love with the handsome Gord at first sight. Because of her criticism of Helen, Gobber was kidnapped by her fanatical fans. In order to save her, Limin claimed to the fans that she hated Gobber too. After gaining their trust, she successfully rescued Gobber. However, Gobber was still upset about it. Limin went to the hospital to apologize to Gobber, but Gobber ignored her. Later, Gold felt embarrassed about his mother's behavior towards Gobber, so he took her out to play, hoping to make up for it. During the play, Gobber told her son how she felt about her. After learning about it, he asked her son to do everything he could to make Gobber give up...
