A little boy is very sad after his beloved dog is hit by a car. During a class at school, when the teacher is doing an experiment to shock a frog to make it convulse, he gets the idea to revive his puppy. So at night, he draws lightning from the sky to shock the puppy's body, resurrecting it. The reborn puppy scares the boy's neighbors, who see the dog as a monster. When the neighbors chase the dog, they force the dog and the boy into a cabin and almost burn them to death. But the puppy rescues the boy and dies. The neighbors and the boy's parents are moved and decide to revive it again. They use a car engine to generate electricity and revive the dog again. Character introduction: Victor (voiced by Charlie Tahan) Victor Frankenstein is a smart and hardworking ten-year-old boy. He likes science and lives in the city of New Holland with his parents and his dog Sparky. Victor has long been fascinated by making his own movies and also likes to make some small inventions. When his dog Sparky was hit by a car and died, he used his own method to resurrect him.
