The story takes place in the early years of the Showa era. A group of people dressed in mysterious clothes and behaving strangely came to the imperial capital Tokyo Prefecture under the cover of night. They are vampire hunters who have been tracking and hunting vampires for generations. Although Yuri (voiced by Uemura Yuto) is in the camp of vampire hunters, he is a very special existence, because he has two kinds of blood flowing in his body, human and werewolf, so he has a stronger physique than ordinary humans. Willard (voiced by Horiuchi Kenxiong) has rich knowledge and is a military strategist and leader. Dorothea (voiced by Mori Nanako) has a hot appearance, but has a completely opposite calm mind. No matter how critical the crisis is, she can make the right judgment. Philip (voiced by Kobayashi Yusuke) is young, but has a very complicated past.
