"The Dreamer" tells the story of a death row inmate named Quan who is waiting for his execution in prison. He hears that his son has been kidnapped. In order to save his son and protect his family, Quan plans to escape from the prison, but finds himself trapped in a more dangerous plot. Throughout the process, Quan will fall into a state of half-sleep and half-wakefulness from time to time, and he will lead the audience on the road to redemption. The main plot is about touching brotherhood, complex gang society and thrilling prison escape.
